Title
Program for 1912 Perry Knitting Co. Banquet
Description
This program of events was given to the "Managers, Superintendents, Foremen, and Assistants of the Perry Knitting Company" attending its Second Annual Banquet. It's of historical interest because it shows the firm's organization and the men heading different divisions: "Cotton Spinning Days," "Wash and Dye Room," and so on.
The program also gives us insight as to PKC's labor relations perspective, sketched out through a series of speakers and toasts praising everything from "Harmony of Industries" to "The Polish Help." We even learn the evening's (hearty) menu.
