Title
Mannequins on a Carousel
Description
An open house held at the Perry Knitting Co. in May 1953 sought to balance a demonstration of the plant's manufacturing, an appeal to possible employees, and a promotion of PKC's main product: Nitey Nite sleepwear. Here we see mannequins attired in the pajamas on a miniature carousel; dolls for sale appear to intrigue a young visitor.<br />

The Rice Collection annotation reads: "A carousel set up to demonstrate the Nitey Nite products, along with the dolls that were sold. I think the dolls were $2.98."
