Title
Water St. Labor Parade, June 8, 1937
Description
The Rice Collection annotation reads: "On June 8, 1937 the closest that the Perry Knitting Mill came in a brush with the unions who were organizing. Their organizing was dispensed when suddenly a group of farmers (?) with pitchforks appeared and stopped the parade. No one has ever identified who was in the group."<br />
