Sawmill River--Westchester

Dublin Core

Title

Sawmill River--Westchester

Description

We look out upon a small lake or pond, with a dog frisking along a path; an empty rowboat waits invitingly. Trees and open spaces predominate. Although the exact location of Henning's painting isn't given, it's possible this might be Woodlands Lake--one of the largest impoundments along this 23-mile river.
