Title

Children's Theatre

Description

A crowd of young faces steal the spotlight in Children’s Theatre. The children are energetic, with several of them seemingly unable to sit still. The lively group is separated by rows of seats, which adds containment to the otherwise hectic scene. The blobs of ink that make up the seats reinforce the theatre setting by making the room appear dark while the audience members are illuminated by the lights on stage. The fluid, almost messy lines creating the children’s expressions leave their emotions up to our interpretation, just like what kind of theatrical performance they’re watching is ours to imagine.
