Title
Migrant Child Playing a Shape Game
Description
The Geneseo Migrant Center began as an education initiative during the 1960s. Even after its programs expanded into other areas, students at SUNY Geneseo continued to work directly with children and sometime publish their research. It's possible that this photo may have been taken at an on-campus location, and was documenting a day care center for children of migrant farm workers. There also may have been a research component to the activity, since Geneseo students in the school of education were involved and published their findings.
